Scope

We restore archived sites from the Wayback Machine into WordPress as documented on the service page. Content is delivered exactly as archived (archived-wins): we do not rewrite, verify factual accuracy of, or take responsibility for the archived content itself.

Ownership and rights

The client confirms, via the order form checkbox, that they own the domain or have rights to its archived content. Rights to restored content remain the client’s responsibility. We may decline orders where the stated ownership is implausible.

Payment and delivery

Prices as published on the pricing page; discounts only for prepaid packages. Standard delivery is 3–5 days from a confirmed config. Post-install support: 14 days — if the delivered site differs from its QA report, we fix it.

What the package guarantees

The QA report is the acceptance document: it lists every URL with its final status and the reason for every miss. If a delivered URL’s behavior differs from the QA report within the support window, it is fixed at no charge.

DMCA / takedown

For copyright claims regarding restored content, contact [email protected] with the URL, the original work, and a statement of good faith. Verified claims are actioned.

Liability

The service is the documented delivery itself. We are not liable for SEO outcomes, traffic, or how the restored site is used by the client.

Provider

The service is provided by a sole proprietor registered in Kazakhstan, operating as WP Service Lab. Full registration details appear on every invoice.
